Ten Greater Cincinnati companies have been named among the nation’s best employers.
Procter & Gamble Co. was the highest-rated company based in Greater Cincinnati and Ohio overall at No. 77 on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Employers.
The list, which was broken into large and midsize employers, was created with research firm Statista based on a survey of 30,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees who were asked whether they would recommend their employer to a prospective applicant. They were then asked to recommend employers outside their own company.
There were seven Cincinnati-based firms on the midsize employers list, which includes companies with 1,000 to 5,000 workers. They were:
No. 126: Ohio National Financial Services
No. 210: Great American Insurance
No. 223: Cincinnati Insurance Co.
No. 240: Worldpay (formerly known as Vantiv)
No. 295: Belcan
No. 372: First Financial
No. 461: Total Quality Logistics
